Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days for apparel and about one week for flags. During peak periods, processing time may be extended. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been fulfilled.
International Orders
We ship internationally to select countries. Please note that shipping fees do not include customs duties, VAT, or other import fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and may be due upon delivery. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.
PO Boxes / APO/FPO
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses; however, delivery times may vary.
Partial Shipments
Flags and apparel ship from separate facilities. If you ordered a bundle, it will arrive in two shipments, and the flag may take a bit longer to arrive.
Shipping Protection & Lost Package Policy
To ensure your order is protected from shipping carrier issues like loss, theft, or damage, we offer optional (but highly recommended) Shipping Protection at checkout.
If Shipping Protection is purchased:
- Your order is fully covered if it is lost in transit or stolen before delivery.

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7+ business days, we will investigate and reship or refund your order.
Note: If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier and confirmed delivered to the correct address, we cannot issue a refund or replacement unless the carrier verifies the package was lost or misdelivered.
If Shipping Protection is not purchased:
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they leave our warehouse.
- If your package is lost in transit or tracking has not updated, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
- We do not offer refunds, credits, or reshipments for lost or missing packages unless Shipping Protection was added to your order at checkout.
- If the carrier confirms a misdelivery or error, we will review the case — but resolution is not guaranteed.
Shipping Timeframes & Delays
- Shipping estimates do not include weekends or holidays.
- We are not liable for carrier-related delays
Marked as Delivered But Not Received
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received the package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered unless the carrier confirms it was lost or misdelivered.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Carrier Delays & Limitations
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Once your order leaves our warehouse, it is out of our control — but we will assist however we can according to the above guidelines.
