Returns/Exchanges

EXCHANGES

We offer one free exchange per order for T-shirts and hoodies, within 14 days of delivery. Exchanges must be initiated and processed through our returns portal:

Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Once approved and the original item is received, we’ll ship your exchange within 3 business days.

We do not accept international exchanges or exchanges for flags or other non-wearable items.


 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted for t-shirts and hoodies within 30 days of delivery and must be submitted through our returns portal. Returns are unavailable for flags and other non-wearable items.

Refund conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.
  • A $8 handling fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved.

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will gladly make things right if:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

Please contact us at support@xiilegions.com within 3 days of delivery, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue


SHIPPING FEES

  • We do not refund original shipping costs.
  • If an exchange is denied for any reason, we cannot reship the item back unless you cover the return shipping.


CHECK BEFORE YOU SHIP

Please carefully inspect your items before submitting them for exchange.
If an item is returned with wear or damage, the exchange will be denied and you'll need to pay shipping to receive it back.
