Exchanges
We offer one free exchange per order for T-shirts and hoodies, within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges must be initiated and processed through our returns portal:

Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of signs of wear (e.g., deodorant marks, pet hair, fragrance).
- Once approved and the original item is received, we’ll ship your exchange within 3 business days.
We do not accept international exchanges or exchanges for flags or other non-wearable items.
We do not offer refunds or returns unless:
- You received the wrong item
- The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
If either applies, contact us immediately at support@xiilegions.com with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Shipping Fees & Responsibility
- We do not refund original shipping costs.
- If an exchange is denied for any reason, we cannot reship the item back unless you cover the return shipping.
Final Sale Items

Sale, clearance, and limited edition drops are final sale.
No exchanges or returns will be accepted on these items.
Check Before You Ship
Please carefully inspect your items before submitting them for exchange.
If an item is returned with wear or damage, the exchange will be denied and you'll need to pay shipping to receive it back.
