Photo & Video Submission Terms
By submitting any photos, videos, or other content ("Content") to XII Legions LLC, you agree to these Terms.
You represent and warrant that you created the Content or otherwise have all necessary rights and permissions to submit it. You further represent that the Content does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights of any third party, and that any person identifiable in the Content has given permission to appear.
By submitting Content, you grant XII Legions LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, crop, resize, add graphics, music, captions, or other edits, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works from the Content. This license applies across any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to social media, paid advertising, websites, email marketing, print materials, packaging, television, digital advertising, retail displays, and any other current or future marketing or promotional use.
Except for any prizes or store credit specifically described in this competition, no additional compensation, royalties, licensing fees, or future payments will be owed for any use of your Content.
You acknowledge that XII Legions may edit, combine, crop, color grade, caption, or otherwise modify your Content in its sole discretion.
Submission of Content does not guarantee that it will be featured, published, selected, or credited by XII Legions.
Each qualifying submission will receive $15 in XII Legions store credit, valid on purchases of $50 or more. The Top 5 submissions, selected solely by XII Legions, will each receive a $100 XII Legions store credit. Winners will be determined at the sole discretion of XII Legions, and all decisions are final.
Store credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, may not be combined with certain promotions or discounts, and is subject to any additional terms provided with the credit.
XII Legions is under no obligation to remove previously published Content upon request.
You agree not to submit any Content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity, is obscene, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory, contains copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use, or contains trademarks, logos, music, or other third-party intellectual property without proper authorization.
XII Legions reserves the right to reject or remove any submission, withhold rewards, or disqualify any participant for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, XII Legions LLC shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising out of participation in this competition or from the use of submitted Content.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By submitting your Content, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
